CIRCULAR
PROVIDING CONSENT FORM – OFFLINE CLASSES
Ref: Circular No. JSS STU/ SJCE/ PPS/ 120/ 2020-21, dt: 05.01.2021.
The Classes for UG and PG programmes will be conducted in Offline Mode from 28.01.2021. In this regard, as per the Orders of the Government of Karnataka, the students must submit the Consent Form on 28.01.2021 to the concerned Department COVID Coordinator as per the attachment without fail.
